Carmichael Fisher supports Special Olympics Australia
SPECIAL OLYMPICS AUSTRALIA is currently promoting Australia’s biggest and greatest fun run – Run With The Law -. From 19 March – !9 April 2010 police officers will take the Flame of Hope through 40 cities across six states and territories in 29 days.
Everybody can join in. To register or see more details go to www.specialolympics.com.au
Special Olympics Australia provides year-round sports training and competition for children and adults with an intellectual disability.
People with an intellectual disability represent the largest disability population in the world yet they are often misunderstood, rejected or simply ignored and that’s why Special Olympics exists.
We know that people with an intellectual disability can achieve their best and participate as respected members of the community, when they are given a fair chance. So we provide a welcoming environment where athletes are accepted and supported. At Special Olympics people with an intellectual disability are encouraged to get fit, develop new skills, make friends, recognise their abilities and believe in themselves.
Carmichael Fisher is a proud supporter of Special Olympics Australia and the 11,000 plus weekly programs they deliver across all states in Australia

Special Olympics is very grateful to Carmichael Fisher and Malcolm McEwen for great support in some recent senior appointments. We hope to see a team supported by their many clients in our Fundraising Run with Law during its visit to Sydney on 30 March
Many thanks
